A second site operates at the Deerfield Township Post at 4900 Parkway Drive in Mason, Ohio 45040. You can reach the Deerfield location at (513) 701-1800.
The Warren County government website lists multiple departments that play a role in records access. These include the Sheriff, Clerk of Courts, and several court divisions. A local check covers only the county. BCI checks cover all of Ohio. FBI checks go national. For a full picture, most people will want both state and federal.
Warren County Background Check Fees
BCI state checks cost $22 through ePayment or $27 to $37 at a local WebCheck location. FBI checks range from $24 to $50. A combined BCI and FBI check runs between $46 and $91. Payment details vary by location, so check with the Sheriff's Office before your visit. The Deerfield Township Post may have different payment options than the main office in Lebanon.
Fees are non-refundable. They cover the fingerprinting and processing, not the search results.
